In addition to the herb garden in the bistro, we also set up high sustainable herb beds and a garden with aromatic plants and edible flowers at home, which we use both for our own needs and for Nana Bistro’s cuisine. Everything is grown seasonally, sustainably, and organically, without any sprays or artificial additives.”
