1. Introductory Provisions

These general terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the service provider, Nana Hospitality d.o.o., and guests, clients, and visitors of the website www.nana-bistro.si.

By using the provider’s services or by using the website, the guest or client confirms that they are familiar with and agree to the content of these general terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions apply to the following services provided by the provider:

  • visiting and service at Nana bistro at Glavni trg 16 in Maribor;
  • table reservations at the bistro;
  • Nana’s Catering services;
  • use of the website www.nana-bistro.si.

These general terms and conditions do not regulate services provided by external delivery providers, such as Wolt. The general terms and conditions of these providers apply to their services.

3. Table Reservations at the Bistro

3.1 Reservation Methods

Guests can reserve a table:

  • by phone at +386 (0)59 106 256;
  • by email at info@nana-bistro.si;
  • via the contact form on the website www.nana-bistro.si;
  • via private messages on Instagram and Facebook social networks.

A reservation is valid when confirmed by the provider to the guest in writing or verbally.

3.2 Cancellation of Reservation

Reservations can be canceled free of charge at least 24 hours before the agreed time. For reservations for groups of 8 or more people, the deadline for free cancellation is at least 48 hours before the agreed time.

3.3 Deposit for Larger Groups

For reservations of 8 or more people, the provider reserves the right to request a deposit of EUR 10 per person. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill upon visit. If guests do not arrive and do not cancel the reservation in time, the deposit is non-refundable.

3.4 No-Show Policy

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the provider reserves the right to charge a fee of EUR 10 per person for reservations of 4 or more people. For smaller groups, no-shows are not charged, but this may affect the acceptance of future reservations from the same person.

3.5 Delay

We hold the table reserved for 15 minutes after the agreed arrival time. After this time, we may give the table to other guests, unless you inform us of your delay in advance.

4. Catering

4.1 Order Process

The client sends catering inquiries to devana@nanincatering.si or calls +386 (0)41 866 550. The inquiry should include the date, location, number of guests, desired type of catering, and other specific requirements.

Based on the inquiry, the provider prepares an individual offer, which is valid for 14 days from its issue. The order is considered confirmed when the client confirms the offer in writing and pays the deposit.

4.2 Deposit

To confirm the order, the provider requires a deposit of 30% of the value of the confirmed offer. The deposit must be paid no later than 14 days after receiving the offer or upon order confirmation. The deposit is included in the final value of the service.

4.3 Cancellation of Catering by the Client

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: no charge, deposit fully refunded.
  • Cancellation 30 to 14 days before the event: 30% of the order value.
  • Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the event: 50% of the order value.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the order value.

4.4 Additional Costs and Items

The catering offer separately lists items for food and beverages, equipment rental, transport and setup, staff rental, and any additional items. All prices include VAT. Costs incurred due to changes in the order after the confirmed offer will be charged additionally.

4.5 Order Changes

Changes to the number of guests are possible no later than 7 days before the event within ±10% of the confirmed number. Changes within the last 7 days will be considered by the provider by agreement, but the number of charged persons cannot be lower than 90% of the confirmed number.

4.6 Storage of Leftover Food

Food remaining after the event is at the disposal of the client or their guests. The Nana team does not take leftovers with them and does not assume responsibility for their storage, quality, or health suitability after the event.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods at the Bistro

  • cash;
  • payment card;
  • contactless mobile payment;
  • payment by invoice by prior arrangement;
  • Nana gift vouchers;
  • SELECT BOX and SUPER CARD gift cards.

5.2 Separate Bills

Separate bills for one table are accepted by arrangement with the serving staff, no later than before the end of service.

5.3 Prices and VAT

All prices on the menu and website are stated in euros and include VAT.

5.4 Right to Change Prices

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The valid price is the one stated on the menu on the day of the visit or the price confirmed in the catering offer.

5.5 Payment Terms for Catering

A 30% deposit is paid upon order confirmation. The remaining value is paid no later than 7 days after the event based on the issued invoice or by special agreement stated in the offer.

6. Allergens and Nutritional Information

6.1 Information on Allergens

Information on allergens is listed on the menu and on the website. Additional explanations about ingredients and allergens are available from the serving staff.

6.2 Trace Warning

Various ingredients are used in Nana’s kitchen, so despite all care, we cannot exclude the possibility that an individual dish may contain traces of allergens not explicitly listed.

6.3 Guests with Severe Allergies

Guests with severe allergies or other special dietary requirements are kindly requested to inform the serving staff in advance when making a reservation or placing an order.

7. Complaints and Claims

7.1 Channel for Submitting Complaints

Complaints, comments, and compliments are accepted by email at info@nana-bistro.si, by phone at +386 (0)59 106 256, or in person at the premises.

7.2 Response Time

The provider will respond to written complaints within 8 working days of receipt at the latest.

8. House Rules of the Establishment

8.1 Pets

Small dogs are welcome on the outdoor terrace and inside the premises, provided they do not disturb other guests. The owner is responsible for their pet’s behavior and cleanliness.

8.2 Children

Children are warmly welcome at Nana. A children’s menu and high chairs are available at the establishment. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children.

8.3 Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terrace in designated areas.

8.4 Photography and Filming

Photography for personal use is permitted. For commercial, media, or professional use of photographs and footage from the premises, prior written permission from the management is required.

8.5 Own Food and Drinks

Bringing your own food and drinks is possible by prior arrangement. The provider charges a service fee of EUR 1.50 per person.

8.6 Opening Hours and Exceptional Closures

  • Monday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM–9:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–10:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–11:00 PM
  • Sunday and Holidays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Guests will be informed of any exceptional closures or changes to opening hours on the website and social media.

9. Gift Vouchers

9.1 Issuance

The provider issues gift vouchers in physical and digital form.

9.2 Validity

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this date, the voucher cannot be redeemed.

9.3 Partial Redemption

The voucher can be partially redeemed. The remaining balance of the voucher remains valid until its expiration date. The balance is not paid out in cash.

9.4 Lost Vouchers

In case of loss or theft of a gift voucher, the provider will not issue a duplicate. The voucher cannot be refunded in cash.

10. Website and Content

10.1 Copyright

All content, photographs, texts, logos, and other materials published on the website www.nana-bistro.si are the property of Nana Hospitality d.o.o. or are used with the author’s permission. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.

10.2 Links to External Sites

The website contains links to supplier and partner sites. The provider is not responsible for the content, operation, or policies of these sites.

10.3 Names and Logos of Partners

The names of local suppliers and partners are listed on the website with their consent or as part of a collaboration. Logos are displayed only where explicitly agreed upon with the logo owner.

11. Personal Data Protection

Detailed regulations for the processing of personal data are defined in a separate document, the Privacy Policy, published on the website.

11.1 Types of Data We Collect via the Website

Through forms on the website and as part of reservation or catering procedures, we collect first and last name, email address, phone number, message content, and in the case of catering, the delivery address.

11.2 Newsletter

We currently do not send newsletters. If this service is established in the future, a subscription field will be added to the website and appropriately described in the Privacy Policy.

11.3 Web Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 for website traffic analysis. Details on cookies and consent management options are defined in the Cookie Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Competent Court

For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of services or these general terms and conditions, the competent court in Maribor has jurisdiction.

12.2 Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

Nana Hospitality d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for resolving disputes that a consumer might initiate in accordance with the ZIsRPS (Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

13. Validity and Changes to Terms

13.1 Effective Date

These general terms and conditions are valid from the date of publication on the website www.nana-bistro.si and apply until any further changes.

13.2 Changes

The provider reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The current valid version is published on the website www.nana-bistro.si.
